Handmade soaps

Haípažaža Pȟežúta

They are Lakota & Dakota from Ocheti Sakowin Tha Makhoche (Homelands of the Seven Council Fires, commonly known as the Great Sioux Nation).

Everything they create is inspired by their Lakota/Dakota homelands, their traditional stories and songs, their children and families and their love for their people. They have six children & one takoza. Chemical-laden & store-bought products caused allergic reactions in their youngest children, so in 2017 they began their journey of creating soaps & other herbal products from our Lakota and Dakota traditional plant knowledge & their Lakota belief that everything we touch carries our spiritual medicine.
